Restaurateurs have decided to bring to this place the idea of non-standard approach to the image of the national restaurant. Thus a unique concept was born, which can be described as a modern Ukrainian cuisine.
We are proud of our native gastronomic tradition, but we want to show visitors that Ukraine is more than borsch and dumplings. A unique element of the place will be “room of salo”, which will feature authentic Ukrainian products from meat. This room will be implemented in Ukraine for the first time.
Ukrainian national motifs are reflected in the modern adaptation. We were able to enter the fashion trends in the atmosphere of a restaurant, thereby obscuring the concept of the national spirit.
